  14. PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  16. Jason's File Finder (later referred to simply as JFF) is a "shareware" 
  17. program and is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free 
  18. to share it with your friends, but the JFF package must be distributed in 
  19. unmodified, complete form, including all associated files as listed in the 
  20. file PACKING.LST. Also, Jason's File Finder may not be distributed in 
  21. conjunction with any other product without the expressed, written consent 
  22. of RMH Computer Services.

  24. If you find this program useful and find that you are using Jason's File 
  25. Finder beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you must make a registration 
  26. payment RMH Computer Services. For registration information, please refer 
  27. to the REGISTER.TXT file included with this package.  For information about 
  28. dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, returns, latest 
  29. version number or technical support call 317-782-9903 or write to RMH 
  30. Computer Services directly.

  32. The registration fee will grant a lifetime usage license for one copy of 
  33. Jason's File Finder for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must 
  34. treat this software just like a book. For example, this software may be 
  35. used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer 
  36. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at 
  37. more than one location, or by more than one person, at any one time. Just 
  38. as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

  40. Non-registered users of Jason's File Finder are licensed only to use the 
  41. program on an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining whether 
  42. or not it meets their requirements. This evaluation period shall be 30 
  43. days. All other use requires registration.

  45. Commercial users of Jason's File Finder must register and pay for their 
  46. copies of Jason's File Finder within 30 days of first use or their license 
  47. is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting RMH 
  48. Computer Services.

  50. You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete JFF package along to 
  51. your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy 
  52. if they find that they can use it.

  54. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. 
  55. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall 
  56. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
  57. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical 
  58. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
